I Thought Leaving Would Feel Like Freedom.

After a month, everything seems so normal and dull... as if nothing ever happened. I am happy, but I feel empty. I waited for this for the longest time... three years and counting. I honestly did not like how I left things. It felt rushed. It felt sad. And honestly, if I could go back in time... I would probably do it the same way. I can't help but blame myself for leaving a toxic environment. I was suffering. Scars have been drawn on my body. Unwanted habits have now become normal for me. I feel restless. I am exhausted. I am tired, yet I feel like I don't deserve sleep. Why, though? I only left because I was tired of being exploited. I want to be selfish. I want to put myself first. I have been nothing but a dirty doormat. My mind, soul, and body crave peace and sleep, but I feel like the moment I lay down, I will fall behind. Am I over exaggerating my grief? Or am I trying to convince myself that leaving was the wrong step? I feel lonely. I don't crave people to intera...

Life lessons to know before the age of 21

There are a lot of life lessons to know in life, and sometimes when you realize it, it's too late.
So I want to share with you some life tips you should keep at your finger tips. Very important, very necessary.

Maybe you know some and you don't know some, but either way. I'm throwing knowledge your way๐Ÿ’—.

☁️♡๐Ÿฆ‹: Don't tell people more than they need to know, respect your privacy
One thing about life is, people can't ruin what they don't know. Keep your life a mystery and make them wonder.
Because no one likes it when other people have access to their life's struggles and stuff.
Limit the type of info you share with others.

☁️♡๐Ÿฆ‹: Don't take advice from people who are not where you want to be in life
Taking advice from others is good, but it depends on the source. Seek advice from people who are at your success stage in life, because they have once been like you.
Eg: You want to build a brand for yourself and you're taking advice from someone working in someone's business. They don't have their brand, or the passion to build one.
When you seek advice from such people, they'll just discourage you and crush your dreams.

☁️♡๐Ÿฆ‹: Keep your standards high:
Don't settle for anything less, just because it's available. This point needs no explanation ๐Ÿ˜Œ๐Ÿ’…๐Ÿ’–. It explains itself ๐Ÿ’–

☁️♡๐Ÿฆ‹: The family you create is more important than the family you come from:
Your parents were responsible for you from childhood to where you are now.
They created their ideal family and raised you how they wanted. Now it's time for you to start your own, so you don't have to think about your old family because it's in the past.
Create the family you want and make the changes you want. I read something which said: " if you didn't come from a rich family, let a rich family come from you" and that spoke volume like for real.
So you have to analyze this message and understand it, your way. Because everyone has a different way of understanding things.

☁️♡๐Ÿฆ‹: No one is coming to resolve your problems. Your life is 100% your responsibility:
So do not sit somewhere and cross your legs, waiting for someone to be your solution.
Each man for himself, God for us all. When something is going wrong in your life, make the effort to fix it.
After all it's your life, and when you just sit there and watch your life go to waste, you regret it in the near future.

☁️♡๐Ÿฆ‹: Train yourself to take nothing personal to save yourself from 99% mental stress:
Trust we've all taken stuff personally and honestly it did damage to our mental and emotional health.
So don't stress yourself much. I've taken a lot stuff personally, and I honestly don't regret it.
If it wasn't for all those stuff, I wouldn't have gotten the knowledge and experience to move from my old ways.

There you have it folks, 6 life lessons to know before the age of 21. I hope this helped you and you learnt something from it.
